The Prosser Falcons will be playing at home against Chicago Hope Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
After soaring to a 32-point win in their last game, Prosser came back down to earth on Friday. They fell just short of Curie by a score of 45-42. Prosser has not had much luck with Curie recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.
Meanwhile, Chicago Hope Academy ended up a good deal behind Wheaton Academy on Tuesday and lost 57-38.
The loss doesn't tell the whole story though, as several players had good games. One of the most active was Amoria Allen, who scored nine points along with eight rebounds and two steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Janessa Centeno, who scored four points along with six rebounds and three steals.
Prosser has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 10-6 record this season. As for Chicago Hope Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-7.
