Glasgow started off well but failed to capitalize on an early lead against Western Hills. They fell just short of the Wolverines by a score of 6-5 on Tuesday. The Scotties' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Hudson Gumm was cooking despite his team's loss, going 1-for-4 with three RBI and one stolen base. Another player making a difference was Josiah Driver, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 1-for-4.

Glasgow's loss dropped their record down to 5-8-1. As for Western Hills, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Glasgow will venture away from home to take on Somerset at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Western Hills, they will square off against Gallatin County at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday.
