It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Ridgeline can now relate to. They fell just short of the Bear River Bears by a score of 7-6 on Tuesday. The Riverhawks' loss signaled the end of their six-game winning streak.

Kylie Jorgensen made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and fired off two home runs and three runs while going 3-for-3. Another player making a difference was Anne Wallace, who went 1-for-3 with one home run and three RBI.

Ridgeline's defeat dropped their record down to 19-14. As for Bear River, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 22 of their last 23 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 29-2 record this season.

Ridgeline didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 15-0 win against Hurricane on the 13th. As for Bear River, they have also already played their next contest, a 10-0 victory against Payson on the 13th.
