Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Foxcroft Academy). They came out on top against the Houlton Shiretowners by a score of 52-39 on Saturday. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Ponies as it put an end to their five-game losing streak.

Foxcroft Academy's victory bumped their record up to 4-8. As for Houlton, their defeat was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-9.

Foxcroft Academy has already played their next matchup (against Ellsworth), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Houlton will face off against Caribou at 7:00 a.m. on Tuesday. Caribou will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something Houlton surely won't give up without a fight.
