In what's become a running theme this season, the Palmyra Panthers gave their fans yet another huge victory on Tuesday. They blew past Clark County 58-38. Winning may never get old, but Palmyra sure is getting used to it with their 12th in a row.
Despite the loss, Clark County still got an impressive performance from Harrison Parker, who scored 14 points along with five rebounds and two steals. Grayden Kleine was another key contributor, scoring six points.
Palmyra's victory was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 17-1. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.5 points per game. As for Clark County, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-11.
Palmyra will be playing in front of their home fans against the Cardinals at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. South Shelby will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Missouri Rankings (they are ranked 299th, while the Panthers are ranked 67th). As for Clark County, they will head out on the road to take on the Bulldogs at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
