The Lone Oak Buffaloes fell on hard times earlier this season, but after back-to-back victories it seems like their luck might finally be changing. They came out on top against Chisum by a score of 51-44 on Tuesday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Lone Oak also won the last time the pair played back in January.
Chisum lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Emma Garner, who scored 11 points along with seven rebounds and three blocks. Garner hasn't dropped below two blocks for 26 straight games. Another player making a difference was Addison Bradberry, who almost dropped a double-double on nine points and 14 rebounds.
Lone Oak's win bumped their record up to 8-20. As for Chisum, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 14-18.
Lone Oak does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Chisum also has no future games currently scheduled.
