The Noli Indian Braves took care of business in their home opener on Monday. They walked away with a 36-25 win over Joshua Springs Christian.
Among those leading the charge was Caden Almanza, who scored 12 points. Another player making a difference was Andrew Salgado, who scored six points.
Noli Indian's victory ended a three-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 1-0. As for Joshua Springs Christian, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-6.
Coincidentally, the pair will both be playing Weaver the next time they take the court. Noli Indian will host Weaver at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, while Joshua Springs Christian will head out to face them at 3:00 p.m. on Friday.
