Justice was the team that gained the most ground in the standings this week, jumping from fourth to first in A-8 North - I-25 (8 Man). Earlier in the week, the Phoenix defeated Gilpin County 56-0.
Justice took down the Eagles 56-0 last week, the largest margin of any game.
michael rampson was the most productive running back in the league this week. He ran for 236 yards on 18 carries as Longmont Christian bested Belleview Christian. aaron rodarte also contributed to the rushing game with 115 yards on the ground.
Jameson Iiams put up the best numbers through the air as the Bruins lost to the Eagles. He finished with 17 completions for 166 yards and one touchdown. Iiams' favorite target this week was Jerrod Moore, who caught six passes for 77 yards.
Bohn was the best wideout in the league this week as Rocky Mountain Lutheran bested Belleview Christian. Bohn racked up five receptions for 110 yards.
Belleview Christian's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Bruins feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Iiams has thrown for 723 yards and eight touchdowns this season, while Moore has 18 catches for 295 yards. Jared Brown leads the league in rushing with 638 yards.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when Todd Daniels's team takes on the Phoenix. The Bruins are in third place, while Justice is in first place.
The Phoenix led the league in scoring this week after putting up 56 points on Gilpin County.
