Make it seven blowout wins for the Fowler Grizzlies this season. They really took it to Thomas MacLaren School for the full four quarters, racking up a 59-23 win on the road. The matchup was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 37-13.
Fowler's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Gracie Osborne led the charge by scoring 13 points along with six rebounds and five steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Osborne has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Jaslyn Bates, who scored 15 points along with two steals.
Fowler pushed their record up to 9-6 with that victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 51.5 points per game. As for Thomas MacLaren School, they have been struggling recently, as they've lost four of their last five matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-7 record this season.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Fowler will take on Swink at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Thomas MacLaren School, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Peyton at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
