King's loss was their 11th straight on the road (dating back to last season), which dropped their overall record down to 0-9. Admittedly, the team was facing some tough opposition over that stretch, including 9-0 Miller and 10-2 Miller (their opponents had an average overall winning percentage of 56% over those games). As for Corpus Christi Moody, their win ended a eight-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-7.
King will take on Corpus Christi Veterans Memorial at 7:30 p.m. on November 3rd. Corpus Christi Veterans Memorial presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than King in Texas (Corpus Christi Veterans Memorial is ranked 293rd, while King is ranked 1086th). As for Corpus Christi Moody, they will head out on the road to face off against Ray at 7:30 p.m. on November 3rd.
