Tanque Verde has won 12 straight games at home (dating back to last season), while Empire has won 12 straight on the road also dating back to last season, but those streaks won't matter much on Monday. The Hawks will host the Ravens at 4:00 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
Tanque Verde's pitching crew heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Thursday. They were the clear victors by an 11-0 margin over Safford. The Hawks haven't had any issues with the Bulldogs recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive win against them.
The result came thanks to Julia Pratt's shutout, as she gave up just two hits and racked up ten Ks. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than one walk in six consecutive appearances.

Fans could be in store for some top-tier slugging on Monday. Tanque Verde hasn't had any problems when it comes to power this season, having averaged 0.9 home runs per game. However, it's not like Empire struggles in that department as they've been averaging an even more impressive 0.7 home runs. With so much power on both teams, it'll be down to the pitchers to keep the mound locked down.
Tanque Verde might still be hurting after the 6-0 defeat they got from Empire when the teams last played back in May of 2024. Will the Hawks have more luck at home instead of on the road? Check MaxPreps after the match for a full breakdown of the game, commentary, and other softball content.
