Eastern won the last time they faced Maconaquah and things went their way on Saturday too. The Comets put the hurt on the Braves with a sharp 11-1 win. The result was nothing new for the Comets, who have now won ten contests by six runs or more so far this season.

The team relied heavily on Trey Beachy, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with three RBI, two runs, and one stolen base. That's the most RBI he has posted over his last nine games. Perry Kochensparger was another key player, going 1-for-2 with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI.

Eastern always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .581. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Maconaquah only posted an OBP of .227.

Eastern is on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 12 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-4 record this season. The Braves are facing the Kings at the right time seeing as the Kings are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
