Frank Gomez put up the most rushing yards he's had since back in November of 2024 on Friday. He rushed for 88 yards and one TD on only seven carries.

Gomez and Cypress Woods will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Langham Creek at 7:00 p.m. on October 4. The game will pit Gomez up against the Lobos' star rusher Jordan King. With so much talent on the field, fans are surely in for an exciting game. The only thing left to see is who brings home the W.
