In other batting news, Lauren Komorek was incredible, going a perfect 4-for-4 with one home run, five runs, and two stolen bases. Those five runs gave her a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Layla Songer, who got on base in all five of her plate appearances with four runs, one triple, and one RBI.
