WEST LAWN, Pa. - the Bulldogs had a big 28-point first quarter on Saturday, sealing a 48-0 victory over Dallastown (Pa.).
Wilson scored on a touchdown run by
Jesse Poore, a
Junior Joseph touchdown run, a
Matt Timochenko touchdown pass to
Javon Young and a defensive touchdown in the quarter.
After taking the lead on a touchdown run by Poore in the first quarter, WHS led 35-0 at the half.
The West Lawn school expanded its lead to 42 points entering the fourth quarter. The Bulldogs scored once in the quarter on a touchdown run by
Shane Dantzler.
Timochenko stood out for Wilson in the win. The junior quarterback threw one touchdown.
WHS had given up an average of 6.5 points prior to the contest. The Wildcats' zero points were well below their season average of 23.6 per game.
