Granville's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
Northridge's loss came despite strong showings from Ava Travis and Naia Moore. Travis scored 11 points along with four steals, while Moore scored seven points along with five rebounds. Travis is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last four games she's played.
Granville's victory was their 19th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 18-1. They've been dominating during the matches in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 30.4 points. As for Northridge, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-14.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Granville will take on Licking Valley at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. Granville has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 457 points over their last seven matchups. As for Northridge, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Johnstown-Monroe at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Johnstown-Monroe will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Northridge surely won't give up without a fight.
