The Green City Gophers will head out on the road to face off against the Linn County Mustangs at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Green City has five straight wins, the Mustangs have 11 straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the field.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Green City to victory, but perhaps none more so than Xander Salas, who scored 29 points along with three steals. Everything came up roses for Green City against the Mustangs when the teams last played back in February of 2023 as the squad secured a 73-36 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Green City since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
