After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Virgin Valley, Del Sol was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They were the clear victors by a 17-4 margin over the Democracy Prep Agassi Campus Blue Knights. Considering the Dragons have won 11 games by more than seven runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.
Sunshine Rivera made a splash while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, pitching three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. She has been consistent: she hasn't given up more than one walk in six consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going a perfect 2-for-2 with two stolen bases, two runs, and two RBI.
