Victory Christian got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Peyton Scott out in front who almost dropped a triple-double on 14 points, nine rebounds, and nine steals. The match was Scott's 20th in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was William Wilson-Hueter, who scored 17 points along with nine rebounds.
Victory Christian pushed their record up to 12-9 with that win, which was their fourth straight at home. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.8 points per game. As for Holy Family Catholic, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-8.
