Caliche put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They came out on top against the Weldon Valley Warriors by a score of 56-43. That's more bragging rights for the Buffaloes, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Several Warriors players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Annie Onufrak, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 11 boards. Onufrak is on a roll when it comes to boards, as she's now pulled down eight or more in the last 12 games she's played dating back to last season. Ellie Koch was another key player, dropping a double-double on ten points and ten boards.

Caliche's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Weldon Valley, their loss was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-2.

Caliche is packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game this season. they will square off against Front Range Baptist at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Caliche is facing Front Range Baptist at the right time seeing as Front Range Baptist is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Weldon Valley, they will square off against Kit Carson at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
