 Annika Schiffner, who scored all three of Kent Denver's goals.  The pair have combined for a total of six so far this season.
 Meanwhile, Vail Mountain had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 5.5 goals), and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. They blew past the Bears 6-0.
 Kent Denver pushed their record up to 5-0 with that  win, which was their third straight  on the road. As for Vail Mountain, their victory bumped their record up to 4-1-1.
