Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Midlothian). They were the clear victors by a 31-3 margin over the Terrell Tigers on Tuesday. On the hitting side, Midlothian let Maddie Copeland and Addison Prescott run wild. Copeland went 4-for-5 with five RBI, three runs, and one stolen base, while Prescott went a perfect 4-for-4 with four RBI, two runs, and one triple. Those four hits gave Prescott a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Adrie Tovar, who scored five runs while getting on base in three of her five plate appearances.
