Halifax Academy has enjoyed a two-game homestand but will soon have to dust off their road jerseys. The Halifax Academy Knights and the IMG Academy Gray Ascenders will face off at 7:30 p.m. on January 25th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Halifax Academy has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last four games.
In what's become a running theme this season, Halifax Academy gave their fans yet another huge victory on Tuesday. They blew past Beacon of Hope Christian, posting a 89-49 victory at home. Halifax Academy's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
Meanwhile, IMG Academy Gray unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Saturday. They lost to Palmetto at home by a decisive 57-42 margin.
Halifax Academy has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten contests, which provided a nice bump to their 17-3 record this season. As for IMG Academy Gray, their loss dropped their record down to 3-5.
