The Del Oro Golden Eagles simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat the Davis Sr. Blue Devils 42-8 thanks in part to Sherman, who rushed for 142 yards and a touchdown on only seven carries. His longest rush was for an incredible 87 yards.
Another player making a difference was Kevin Taylor, who rushed for 23 yards and two touchdowns. Those 23 rushing yards gave him a new career-high.
