Penns Manor entered their tilt with West Shamokin on Friday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They couldn't have asked for a better start to 2025 than the 53-20 blowout they got against the West Shamokin Wolves. The Comets have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six games by 25 points or more this season.

Penns Manor pushed their record up to 9-2 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 25.6 points. As for West Shamokin, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-4.

Penns Manor is taking a road trip to challenge Purchase Line at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for West Shamokin, they will square off against River Valley at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. River Valley knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past six matchups -- so hopefully West Shamokin likes a good challenge.
