The Eisenhower Tigers's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Saturday after their fourth straight loss. They were the victim of a tough 81-55 defeat at the hands of Haysville Campus. While losing is never fun, Eisenhower can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Kansas basketball rankings (they are ranked 191st, while Haysville Campus is ranked 31st).
Pierce Blue and Larsen Schneider certainly did their best on Saturday to try and avoid the loss. Blue scored 13 points along with eight rebounds, while Schneider scored ten points along with five rebounds. Arjay Daracan was another key contributor, scoring six points along with five rebounds.
Eisenhower has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost six of their last seven matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-7 record this season. As for Haysville Campus, they now have a winning record of 5-4.
Eisenhower's road trip will continue as they head out to face Haysville Campus at 7:30 a.m. on January 26th. As for Haysville Campus, they will be playing at home against Derby at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
