Whitko waltzed into their contest  on Monday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They blew past the Maconaquah Braves 7-0. The result was nothing new for the Wildcats, who have now won six matchups by seven  runs or more  so far this season.

 At the plate,  Chloe Keen and  Kaylee Adkins did most of the damage at the plate:  Keen  went a perfect 1-for-1 with two  stolen bases, three  runs,  and one  double, while  Adkins  went 3-for-4 with two  stolen bases, one  run,  and one  double. Those  three  runs gave  Keen a new career-high.
 Whitko was getting hits left and right  and  finished the game having  posted a batting average of .400. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Maconaquah only posted a  batting average of  .083.
Whitko pushed their record up to 9-3 with the  win, which was their fifth straight  on the road. The  road  victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 11.0 runs over those games. As for Maconaquah,  they are  on  a  seven-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 1-7.
 Looking ahead, Whitko will head out to  square off against Lewis Cass  at 5:30  p.m.  on Wednesday. As for Maconaquah, they have already played their next game,  a  9-5  win against Caston on the 29th.
