Basketball Game Preview: Dollar Bay Bays vs. Forest Park Trojans

The Dollar Bay Bays and the Forest Park Trojans will round out the year against one another at at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Both teams are still undefeated (Dollar Bay has eight wins , while Forest Park has five).

Dollar Bay is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They simply couldn't be stopped last Monday as they easily beat Lake Linden-Hubbell 75-24. The Bays have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four contests by 20 points or more this season.

Liam Tourtillott continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, going 12 for 20 on his way to 29 points and five rebounds. His evening made it three games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Baron Colbert, who went 7 of 11 on his way to 19 points.

Meanwhile, Forest Park hadn't done well against Munising recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. Forest Park secured a 62-56 W over Munising.

Dollar Bay pushed their record up to 8-0 with the win, which was their sixth straight on the road. As for Forest Park, their victory bumped their record up to 5-0.

Dollar Bay strolled past Forest Park in their previous meeting back in March of 2019 by a score of 64-48. Will Dollar Bay repeat their success, or does Forest Park have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
