Basketball Recap: Levi Hamilton Leads a Balanced Attack to Beat Northern Bedford County

Glendale won the last time they faced Northern Bedford County and things went their way on Monday too. The Glendale Vikings walked away with a 53-42 victory over the Northern Bedford County Panthers. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Vikings.

Glendale's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Levi Hamilton, who posted six points along with 12 boards and three steals. With that strong performance, Hamilton is now averaging an impressive 8.2 boards per game. The team also got some help courtesy of Joey Kitko, who put up 15 points and five rebounds.

Glendale was working as a unit and finished the game with 13 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

Several Panthers players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Alex Kochara, who went 5 of 12 on his way to 12 points and three steals. The dominant performance gave Kochara a new career-high in steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Kaden Norwood, who went 5 of 12 on his way to 13 points and five rebounds.

Glendale's victory bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Northern Bedford County, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-5.
