The North Nodaway Mustangs won the last time they faced the Worth County Tigers, and things went their way on Monday too. North Nodaway walked away with a 38-28 victory over Worth County.
Despite the loss, Worth County still got an impressive performance from Kynah Steele, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 12 rebounds.
North Nodaway now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Worth County, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-4.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. North Nodaway will take on Cainsville at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Worth County won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Northeast Nodaway at 6:00 p.m. on December 5th. Northeast Nodaway presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Worth County in Missouri (Northeast Nodaway is ranked 127th, while Worth County is ranked 274th).
