With a playoff win on the line, Mount Dora rose to the challenge on Tuesday. They blew past the Lake Region Thunder 4-1. Considering the Hurricanes have won 13 matchups by more than two goals this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

They hit Lake Region with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Miguel Petit, Nicholas Alford, Perez Andy, and Luca Celis.

Mount Dora's victory bumped their record up to 15-2-1. As for Lake Region, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 11-7-1.

Mount Dora will challenge Satellite at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Mount Dora is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 5.9 goals per game this season. Lake Region does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
