The 2021 Utah high school football season enters the final stage. Teams have persevered through a rugged regular season not to mention COVID-19 and all its protocols to advance to the state's ultimate tournament.

Defending state champions are Corner Canyon (6A), Orem (5A), Sky View (4A), Juab (3A) and Beaver (2A).
