The Bayshore Bruins have the luxury of staying home another game and will welcome the DeSoto County Bulldogs at 6:00 p.m. on December 21st. Bayshore has insisted on making their lastfour contests complete nail-biters, turning in a record of 0-3-1 during that stretch of close contests.

On Tuesday, DeSoto County didn't have too much trouble with Hardee on the road as they won 41-22. Given DeSoto County's advantage in MaxPreps' Florida basketball rankings (they are ranked 222nd, while Hardee is ranked 529th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Bayshore has fallen quite a ways from their 18-7-1 record last season and are now at 0-3-1. As for DeSoto County, their victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 6-2.
