On Thursday, Silverado are packing up and heading on the road for the first time this season. They face off against Valencia at 3:30 PM. It might come down to the wire as the game is expected to be close.
It could have been worse for Silverado, but it could have been a whole lot better too, as the team fell 18-34 to Serrano last Thursday.
Meanwhile, everything went Valencia's way against Newport Harbor last week as they made off with a 34-0 win. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 21-0.
Valencia's victory lifted them to 2-0 while Silverado's loss dropped them down to 0-3. We'll find out if Valencia can add another positive mark to their record or if Silverado can shake off the loss and take the spring out of Valencia's step.
