After a string of three wins, Hendersonville's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They fell 37-29 to Cookeville. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Hendersonville has scored all season.
Meanwhile, Station Camp suffered a rough 67-42 loss at the hands of Beech on Friday. While losing is never fun, Station Camp can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Tennessee basketball rankings (they are ranked 244th, while Beech is ranked 86th).
Hendersonville's defeat dropped their record down to 5-2. As for Station Camp, they have been struggling recently, as they've lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-4 record this season.
Hendersonville was able to grind out a solid victory over Station Camp in their previous meeting last Friday, winning 55-43. Will Hendersonville repeat their success, or does Station Camp have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
