Last Friday, Governor Livingston didn't have too much breathing room in their match against High Point, but they still walked away with a 52-47 win.
Meanwhile, after a string of three wins, Millburn's good fortune finally ran out on Wednesday. They fell 63-51 to Newark Collegiate Academy. Millburn has struggled against Newark Collegiate Academy recently, as their match on Wednesday was their third consecutive lost matchup.
The losing side was boosted by Noah Ravitz, who scored 21 points along with eight rebounds and six assists. He also posted two blocks for the first time this season. Another player making a difference was Chase Plotkin, who scored 11 points along with six rebounds.
Governor Livingston's victory was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 4-0. As for Millburn, their loss dropped their record down to 3-1.
