Leading Pettus to victory were Ramon Reyna and Desmond Montoya. Reyna scored 27 points, while Montoya scored 31 points. That makes it four consecutive games in which Reyna has scored at least 25% of Pettus' points. The team also got some help courtesy of Gabriel Hernandez, who scored 13 points.
WINGS Homeschool Athletics' loss was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 0-4. As for Pettus, their win ended a six-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 5-13.
