Overton had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 5.5 goals) and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They walked away with a 4-2 victory over the Lawson Lightning. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-2 back in September.

Overton's win bumped their record up to 13-2-1. As for Lawson, the defeat snapped their winning streak at four matches and leaves them with a 9-6 record.

Overton has already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Hillsboro on the 8th. Lawson does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
