Weber is 9-1 against Layton since September of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. After both having extra time off, the two teams will shake off the rust and duke it out at 5:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
Weber is probably headed into the matchup with a chip on their shoulder considering Syracuse just ended the team's seven-match winning streak on Tuesday. They lost 3-0 to the Titans. Weber was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Syracuse work for it, especially in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 26-24, 25-20, 25-20.
