Johanna Haste and Maya Layton were among the main playmakers for Faith Christian as the former scored 13 points along with 7 rebounds and 5 steals and the latter scored 23 points along with 4 steals. That makes it six consecutive games in which Layton has scored at least 25% of Faith Christian's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Gracyn Musick, who scored 6 points along with 4 steals.
Meanwhile, Tri-Central ended up a good deal behind Tri-County two weeks ago and lost 48-31.
The win got Faith Christian back to even at 3-3. As for Tri-Central, they now have a losing record at 2-3.
