After a string of three wins, Midland's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They lost 68-47 to the Del Rio Rams. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Bulldogs have suffered since December 7th.

Midland's defeat dropped their record down to 9-12. As for Del Rio, with the win, they broke their ten-game losing streak and moved their record to 4-15.

Midland will welcome Weatherford at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Weatherford knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past six games -- so hopefully Midland likes a good challenge. As for Del Rio, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Burges at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Del Rio is facing Burges at the right time seeing as Burges is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
