Meanwhile, Iowa can now show off 11 landslide victories after their most recent game on Tuesday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Westlake 72-39 on the road. Given Iowa's advantage in MaxPreps' Louisiana basketball rankings (they are ranked fifth, while the Rams are ranked 133rd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Lake Charles College Prep is on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 12 contests, which provided a massive bump to their 11-7 record this season. As for Iowa, they pushed their record up to 25-3 with that victory, which was their fourth straight on the road.
