Corliss has been on the road for three straight, but on Monday they'll finally head home. They will be home for the holidays to greet the Air Force Academy Falcons at 5:00 p.m. Both teams have allowed few points on average, (Corliss: 22.9, Air Force Academy: 27.7) so any points scored will be well earned.
After a 83-38 finish the last time they played, Corliss and Harlan decided to play a little more cautiously this time around. Corliss took a 27-21 hit to the loss column at the hands of Harlan. Corliss has not had much luck with Harlan recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.
Meanwhile, Air Force Academy might have been a little too into the holiday spirit, gifting DuSable an easy 32-7 win. Air Force Academy has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Corliss now has a losing record at 4-5. As for Air Force Academy, their loss was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 0-6-1.
Corliss didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Air Force Academy in their previous meeting back in February, but they still walked away with a 33-27 win.
