The Tippecanoe Red Devils will look to defend their home field on Friday against the Chaminade Julienne Catholic Eagles at 7:00 p.m. Tippecanoe will be looking to keep their eight-game home win streak (dating back to last season) alive.
Tippecanoe stacked a seventh blowout onto their ever-increasing hoard on Friday. They claimed a resounding 49-20 win over Western Brown at home. Given Tippecanoe's advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio football rankings (they are ranked 147th, while Western Brown is ranked 405th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Meanwhile, Chaminade Julienne Catholic was able to grind out a solid win over Mt. Healthy on Friday, taking the game 35-28.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Chaminade Julienne Catholic to victory, but perhaps none more so than Nydrell Wright, who rushed for 160 yards and four touchdowns. The team also got some help courtesy of Aiden Lowery, who gained 151 total yards and a touchdown.
Their wins bumped Tippecanoe to 9-2 and Chaminade Julienne Catholic to 7-4.
