Person's hitters rose to the challenge against a Bulldogs pitching crew that boasted an average of only 3.45  runs allowed on Friday. The Person Rockets blew past the Williams Bulldogs 13-4. This was a revenge  match for Person, as the team was forced to settle for  a  5-1 defeat when these two played  last Tuesday.
 Person got a great performance from  Keeghan Holmes as he  tossed five innings while giving up just one earned  (and two unearned) runs off   four  hits.
 On the hitting side,  Ethan Norris was a standout: he went 2-for-5 with a  home run and two  RBI. Another player making a difference was  Jackson Riggan, who  went 3-for-4 with two  RBI.
 On Williams' side, they saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Vince Coker, who  scored a  run and  stole two bases while  getting on base  in three of his four plate appearances. The team also got some help courtesy of  Dan Mahan, who  scored a  run while going 1-for-3.
 Person's win  ended  a  four-game drought on the road  and  puts them at 12-10. As for Williams, their loss  ended  a  six-game streak of wins at home  and  dropped them to 17-5.
 As of now, neither Person nor Williams have any future games scheduled.
