Brady Delk made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, tossing two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Delk was even better at the plate, going a perfect 4-for-4 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in doubles (two).
In other batting news, Jaxon Gass was incredible, getting on base in all five of his plate appearances with one home run, three runs, and three RBI. Those three runs gave him a new career-high.
