Jesus Chapel was the team that gained the most ground in the standings this week, jumping from fifth to third in TAPPS Six-Man Division II District 1 (6 Man). The Chargers defeated Kingdom Prep Academy 83-80 earlier in the week.
Plainview Christian took down Christ the King Cathedral 58-24 last week, the largest margin of any game.
Kingdom Prep Academy's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Warriors feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Peter Griffith has thrown for 904 yards and 17 touchdowns this season, while Garrett Jenkins has 14 catches for 313 yards. Jenkins leads the league in rushing with 658 yards.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when the Warriors take on Plainview Christian. Kingdom Prep Academy is in fourth place, while Plainview Christian is in first place.
