Combine Academy Varsity put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 56-54 victory over The Franklin School of Innovation Thunderbolts.

Several Thunderbolts players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Cooper Bragdon, who posted ten points in addition to six assists and six rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Owen Klein, who shot 71% from the field en route to 10 points and five boards.

Combine Academy Varsity's win bumped their record up to 3-0.

Looking ahead, Combine Academy Varsity will take on Oak Hill Academy White at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for The Franklin School of Innovation, they will be playing at home against Shining Rock Classical Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
