Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Tuscarora). They blew past the Rock Ridge Phoenix 12-2 on Thursday. The win continues a trend for the Huskies in their matchups with the Phoenix: they've now won nine in a row.
Anna Hurst was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, pitching two innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off three hits.
