After losing to the Riverside Frontiers the last time they met, the Buffalo Academy of Science Wolverines decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. Buffalo Academy of Science managed a 50-44 win over Riverside on Tuesday.
Several Frontiers players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Landon Jaeckle, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 11 rebounds. Javon Elliot was another key contributor, scoring 4 points along with 8 rebounds and 7 steals.
Buffalo Academy of Science's win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Riverside, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-1.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Buffalo Academy of Science will take on Global Concepts at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Riverside won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against East at 6:00 p.m. on December 6th. Hopefully East focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 41 last Thursday.
